Paperless Reimbursement

The Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS) makes it easy to use your FSA dollars. Have you considered enrolling in Paperless Reimbursement? Paperless Reimbursement requests for participating FEHB or FEDVIP carriers (PDF) to send us your claims automatically — so you spend less time submitting claims and more time enjoying your reimbursements.

Paperless Reimbursement Options:

• Auto Reimbursement: If you would like your claims to be reimbursed quickly, with little to no effort on your part, auto reimbursement might be for you.
  How it Works: With auto reimbursement, when a participating FEHB or FEDVIP carrier (PDF) files a claim, we are informed and automatically reimburse your eligible out-of-pocket HCFSA expenses. There is little to no paperwork involved for you. In many cases, you will receive a reimbursement before your bill is due!
  
  
• Pick and Process: If you would like to choose which of your claims are reimbursed, you should consider the pick and process paperless reimbursement option.
  How it Works: When a participating FEHB or FEDVIP carrier (PDF) files a claim, we are informed and load the claims into your online account. All you have to do is log into your account and pick which claims you would like us to process.
