There is less risk of losing funds. Remember, due to the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), unlimited carryover is available for those enrolled for the 2021 plan year, but you must re-enroll in a 2022 Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) or Limited Expense Health Care FSA (LEX HCFSA) to be eligible for this benefit.
