Dependent Care FSA

Does my DCFSA have a grace period?

Yes, it does. After the plan year ends on December 31, you have an additional 2 ½ months to incur eligible expenses and use the DCFSA funds remaining in your account. Claims for expenses incurred during the grace period must be submitted by April 30, the deadline for submitting claims from the previous plan year.
