How long will it take to process my QRD request?

Qualified reservist distribution (QRD) requests will be processed as soon as possible, usually within two weeks of receipt. However, in some circumstances, it may take up to 60 days to process your request.

When we process your QRD, it means that we have confirmed your refund amount and sent your refund to your payroll processor for action. It may take several pay periods from the time your payroll processor receives the refund to the time it shows up on your paycheck.
