How do I cancel an authorization when I no longer want to allow access to information on my account?

You must let us know that you have given your spouse or other relative permission to speak, receive information, and/or act on your behalf.

Just log in to your online account at www.FSAFEDS.gov and click Profile and then Authorized Individuals. Complete the required information and click Save Changes. Read the "Right to Revoke" notification and click I Agree to confirm authorization.

Once FSAFEDS receives your authorization for use or disclosure of your individually identifiable health information to specific persons or entities, we'll apply it to your FSA account.
