I pay my daycare center the same amount every single week. Do I have to submit a DCFSA claim every week or can I set it up to automatically receive reimbursement?

Yes, you do have the option to request automatic Pay Me Back or Pay My Provider reimbursements.

Pay Me Back: If you select Pay Me Back, you can receive automatic reimbursements by submitting a claim for future dates of service. DCFSA claims require a provider's signature and can be submitted online at FSAFEDS.gov or via mail/fax with a DCFSA claim form. Reimbursements will be paid out once the month has begun.

Pay My Provider: If you select Pay My Provider, you will arrange for us to send payments directly to your dependent care provider. Payment will be sent once the service date has passed. To pay a provider:

  1. Log in to your online account.
  2. Select Submit Receipt or Claim.
  3. Choose Pay My Provider.
  4. Select the account that should pay your provider.
  5. Set up one-time or recurring monthly payment. (Recurring payments require a contract)
  6. Enter the required payment details and select Submit Claim.

Upload digital copies of a DCFSA claim form with the provider's signature and your provider's contract for recurring payments.
